The LIVE Film-Presentation ICELAND 63° 66° N.
An unique audio-visual experience of a special kind.
LIVE by Stefan Erdmann.
The lights go out...
...then slowly, thunderous waves appear on the screen, which visually make their way towards the audience set in a seemingly unrealistic sunset light. Stefan Erdmann’s voice appears out of nowhere… (the first couple of minutes have been taped and are identical with the film version up until the film title is superimposed).
An audio-visual experience of a special kind commences,
professionally done it gets straight to the point.
After superimposing the title, an over dimensional world map is shown on the screen. Stefan Erdmann appears on stage, greets the audience and after a couple of sentences covering the realisation and making of the film and other general information, the first part of the voyage commences.
The presentation leads you through almost every region of Iceland. The long-lasting settings and slow cross fading gives the audience time to indulge themselves in the locations and at the same time to experience them with calm.
It is the symbiosis of landscape shots taken over a period of years, combined with perfectly placed music, enthusiasm, passion and emotion offered in the live presentation that inspire audiences of all ages.
The dramaturgy of the presentation has been very well thought through and offers an optimal ratio between information and objectiveness. Combined with the epic-poetic stretches as well as the personal experience and perception from Stefan Erdmann that fascinates and enthrals the audience throughout the whole presentation.
So now let yourself be taken on a
fantastic journey through a fantastic country!
